Terms of Service

Use PromptScroll for lawful purposes. Don't abuse it. Pay for what you use. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. That's most of it — the details are below.

These terms apply to anyone who uses PromptScroll ("the service"), operated by HardPath ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure. We are not responsible for activity that results from a compromised key.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

You may use PromptScroll to store and retrieve LLM prompts for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• Use the service to store, transmit, or facilitate illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use the service in a way that violates the rights of others.
• Resell access to the service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice, and without refund if the violation is intentional.

The free tier is genuinely free — no credit card required, no time limit. The limits are: 1 project, 5 prompts, 5,000 API calls per month. These limits exist to keep the service sustainable. If you need more, upgrade to a paid plan.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your first payment is charged at signup.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time, unless we made a mistake.
• If a payment fails, we will retry it. If it continues to fail, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.
• Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. If you are located in the EU, applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your country of residence. If you provide a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies.

You own your prompts and data. We do not read, share, or sell your prompt content. We access it only to serve it back to you via the API. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We run PromptScroll on reliable EU infrastructure and monitor it continuously. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will communicate incidents honestly and promptly. Planned downtime will be announced in advance where possible.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the incident.

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We can terminate your account for violating these terms. If we shut down the service entirely, we will give at least 60 days' notice, explain why, and refund any unused paid time.

We will notify you by email before making material changes to these terms. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree with the changes, delete your account before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled in Dutch courts, except where EU consumer law gives you the right to use courts in your country of residence.
